By accessing or using Mantl (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Mantl provides a platform for collectors to manage, showcase, and share their collections through public profiles (often used as "link-in-bio" solutions). We offer various subscription tiers (Basic, Plus, Pro) that provide different levels of functionality, storage, and customization.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Usernames (handles) are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. However, Mantl reserves the right to reclaim, reassign, or change any username at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of trademark infringement, impersonation, inactive accounts, or if a username is required for operational purposes (e.g., system routes or verified brand accounts).

You retain all rights to the User Generated Content (UGC) you upload to Mantl. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content to provide the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses for all content you upload.Mantl reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate by our community safety triggers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Post graphic or NSFW content without appropriate tagging (if supported) or in violation of platform rules.
• Engage in harassment, spamming, or fraudulent activities.
• Circumvent any technical limitations or safety triggers (including our local AI moderation).

Mantl is a curation and showcase platform. While users may display "asking prices" for items in their collection, Mantl does not currently facilitate direct on-platform transactions between users.

Any trades or sales initiated through the platform are strictly between the parties involved.Mantl is not responsible for the authenticity, condition, or delivery of items, nor for any financial losses incurred during off-platform transactions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANTL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
